Writing
is a kind of sport to me. I love it. Over the years, I've
written for newspapers and for magazines, and managed to do a few
books; and I've have even written some things just for myself. Sometimes
compulsions arise, demanding the words swirling about be channeled
through my fingertips and into the digital mind of my computer.
I sit down and begin writing, not really sure of what will come
out. I am simply compelled. This page will take you to
some of those compulsions.I have to warn you, though,
some of it is pretty opinionated stuff. The lawyer in me is always
seeking to "make the case;" and sometimes, I'm doing what
amounts to a closing argument. You're the jury. But, there are pieces
that are just entertaining--fun stuff, like the true WWII story
entitled Dead Spies Tell No Tales.
Do you know how to protect a child from
harm? Keeping a child safe from strangers, from predators and even
bullies ought to be a priority on every parent's "to learn" list.
